Get Committed to Fitness & Healthy Eating

Messages from the Community

It's spring for those in the northern hemisphere, and that means getting outside, thinking about physical health, and eating and cooking with seasonal, fresh ingredients.

However, when you are going through a breast cancer diagnosis, treatment, and beyond, motivation can be low, even when intentions are high.

Breastcancer.org Community members are helping to encourage each other and provide accountability.

Take a look at Let's Post our Daily Exercise and the 2016 Running Thread in the Fitness and Getting Back in Shape forum.

Please add your favorites to the In Season Recipes thread in Healthy Recipes for Everyday Living forum.
