Speaker: Marisa Weiss, M.D.
Highly regarded as a thought leader, an agent of change, and a visionary advocate, Dr. Weiss is the founder, chief medical officer, and guiding force behind Breastcancer.org.
Dr. Weiss is a breast oncologist with more than 25 years of active practice in the Philadelphia region. With her passionate and steadfast approach to informing and empowering individuals to protect their breast health and overcome the challenges of breast cancer, Dr. Weiss is a powerful voice in the breast cancer space.
Dr. Weiss currently practices at Lankenau Medical Center, where she serves as director of breast radiation oncology and director of breast health outreach.
Dr. Weiss is also the author of four critically acclaimed books and is often consulted by both print and broadcast media. She has been a repeat guest on ABC’s Good Morning America, NBC’s TODAY, CNN’s medical features, and The Dr. Oz Show.

Dr. Savard is the author of four books, including How To Save Your Own Life, The Savard System for Managing and Controlling Your Health Care, The Savard Health Record, The Body Shape Solution to Weight Loss and Wellness, and Ask Dr. Marie: What Women Must Know about Hormones, Libido, and the Medical Problems No One Talks About.
Dr. Savard had an internal medicine practice and served as ABC News Medical Contributor, appearing on media outlets such as NBC, CBS, CNN, The Oprah Show, and The View.
Dr. Savard earned both her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and her Medical Degree at the University of Pennsylvania, where she served on the Board of Overseers of the School of Nursing and as a two-term University Trustee.
Dr. Savard is now a speaker, writer, and blogger at AskDrMarie. Her mission to help seniors simplify medications and treat what matters was inspired by her parents, her clinical practice, and her role as corporate medical director of a PACE program and seven nursing homes in Philadelphia.
She is married to Bradley Fenton, MD. Together they have three sons, two daughters-in-lawnand seven grandchildren.
